Board of Trustees

    • West Chester Township Board of Trustees meetings are open to the public. The public portion of the meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. 

    Meetings are typically held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at Township Hall. The schedule is altered in November and December to accommodate the holidays.

    A draft agenda for the following Tuesday's meeting is posted to Friday afternoon and a final agenda is posted on Monday. Videos of the meetings are made available no later than Thursday following the meeting. 

    Meeting minutes are posted only after approval by the Board of Trustees at a subsequent meeting.
