Police Department Records
The West Chester Police Department participates in electronic submission of traffic crash reports to the State of Ohio's Department of Public Safety (DPS). Traffic crash reports are available online. Please allow 72 hours for processing of the report. Private property reports are not sent to the State of Ohio DPS.

The West Chester Police Department will provide photocopies of reports up to 25 pages free of charge. If the requested report is larger than 25 pages the fee for each photocopy is five cents beginning with the first photocopy. The charge for two-sided photocopies is 10 cents per sheet.
