Host a winning party in the community

BBQ Fest Trumpeter

West Chester Township is a vibrant community with active park spaces and neighborhoods. Our community's great celebrations help define us as one of "America's Best Places to Live."

West Chester personnel are prepared to work with non-profit organizations to coordinate larger community events in Township-owned spaces - Keehner Park, Beckett Park and The Square - and small block parties and parades in individual neighborhoods.

STEP 1 - Complete the appropriate application in a timely fashion. No need to reach out separately to police, fire or roads. Once West Chester receives your application, we'll put the team together to help make your event a success.

Block Party

Homeowners Associations planning to host a neighborhood block party requiring closure of roads and/or cul-de-sacs are encouraged to complete the Community Block Party Permit Application in a timely manner. Completion of the application serves as notification to the Township's police, fire and roads departments to ensure your event is safe.

Community Events in Public Spaces

West Chester partners with many local non-profit organizations to present quality events in community parks. If your non-profit organization is interested in hosting a festival, concert or run/walk at Keehner Park, Beckett Park, or The Square @ Union Centre, please complete the Community Event Application in a timely manner and submit to Barbara Wilson to be considered.

Event organizers may be assessed a fee for off-duty police detail, fire/EMS service and/or road
service as required.

Please feel free to call (513) 777-5900 with any questions.
