Law Enforcement Job Opportunities
West Chester Township, Butler County Ohio, is accepting applications for the position of Police Officer. West Chester Police provides full police services with a complement of 92 sworn officers. Services include uniform patrol, traffic safety, criminal investigations, special investigations, community affairs, canine, honor guard, SWAT, civil disturbance response unit and special events.
The selection process includes the following: written exam through National Testing Network, physical agility, oral review board, polygraph, background, psychological evaluation and drug/medical screening.
Applicants must be 21 years of age by date of appointment to recruit and have a valid driver's license. Visible tattoos are prohibited during work hours and will be required to be covered at the employer's discretion. Body piercing or alterations to any area of the body visible during work hours are prohibited.
Starting annual salary is $73,710.13 with an excellent benefit package. Prior experience is appreciated and may be considered for starting pay.
