BZA, Zoning Commission hearings for November 2024

The West Chester Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) and Zoning Commission (ZC) have posted agendas for November meetings to the web calendar.

The Board of Zoning Appeals and Zoning Commission meet separately once per month at 6:00 p.m. inside Township Hall, 9113 Cincinnati Dayton Road. Meetings are open to the public.

On Wednesday, November 13, 2024, the BZA is expected to hear six applications relating to: 

  • a commercial vehicle in a Residential District at 5614 Heron Drive (continued from October 16)
  • an addition of a dwelling in a side yard for the property located at 5206 Crossbridge Drive
  • construction of a front yard fence for the property located at 7245 Adena Court
  • construction of a front yard fence for the property located at 9603 Windrift Drive
  • a pole sign that would exceed the maximum height for the property located at 7757 Tylersville Road
  • the type and placement of three directional signs for the property located at 8335 Cincinnati Dayton Road

On Monday, November 18, 2024, the ZC is expected to hear one application relating to a multi-tenant retail building and a drive-thru restaurant on Foster Lane.
