SANTA TROT REGISTRATION

West Chester Township is working with Caring Community Collaborative (C3) and MidPointe Library to host A Very Merry Takeover and Santa Trot on Saturday, December 7, 2024. The event includes a 1.5 mile Santa suit fun run/walk, Christmas artisans and vendors, and a free concert by the Naked Karate Girls!

The fun begins at 11:00 a.m. with activities in the park at 9285 Centre Pointe Drive as well as MidPointe Library, West Chester at 9363 Centre Pointe Drive. Proceeds from the Santa Trot and beverage sales will support C3, a nonprofit with a mission to advance the quality of life for the West Chester community.

C3 is collecting items for its Santa's Senior Shoebox program at this event.

Event Schedule

• 10:00 – Registration Opens at MidPointe (Santa's Lane set up, Santa Shoebox Drop off)
• 10:30 - Pet Parade
• 10:30 - Santa's Lane vendors open (10:30 - 3:00)
• 10:55 - Pearl Harbor Moment of Silence
• 11:00 – Santa Trot begins!
• 11:20 – Lakota Ridge and Plains Choral Performances
• 11:30 -  Children's Activities at MidPointe Library (11:30 - 2:30)
• 11:45 - Little Elf Run
• Noon - Food Trucks Open (Noon - 3:00 PM)
• Noon - Beer and spirit booths open (Noon - 3:00 PM)
• Noon - NAKED KARATE GIRLS (Noon - 3:00 PM)
• 1:30 - Naked Karate Girls Intermission
