The Live the Dream: Our Declaration of Unity organization celebrates Black History Month at MidPointe Library System in West Chester, 9363 Centre Pointe Drive. This year's Black History Month Lecture is about the life and career of former United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Dr. Ben Carson. Lectures are delivered each February by Eric Guttag. All are invited to attend this free program.
