A Very Merry Takeover

• Introduction:

A Very Merry Takeover returns to The Square @ Union Centre with two unique outdoor Christmas concert experiences on consecutive Thursdays early this December. The Naked Karate Girls perform fun, live versions of pop radio hits Thursday, Dec. 1, followed the next week with music by Elf DJ on Thursday, Dec. 8. 

Opening night on December 1 features the official lighting of The Square for the holidays and music from Naked Karate Girls!  Special visits from Santa Claus and his reindeer friends are also in store!

Plan to party the first night of A Very Merry Takeover with a cup of cheer thanks to non-profit partner Caring Community Collaborative (C3). Volunteers with C3 sell alcoholic beverages from Ohio Eagle Distributing of West Chester for one night only Thursday, Dec. 1, with proceeds going to support their organization’s mission. Members of Cincinnati’s own Young Professionals Choral Collective (YPCC) perform Christmas carols this evening at intermission of the NKG show.

Thursdays at A Very Merry Takeover will also feature bites from the VFW Post 7696 food trailer and warm beverages like coffee and hot chocolate from Travelin' Tom's Coffee truck. Concessions are made available for purchase. 

All outdoor concerts are weather permitting. Thursday, Dec. 8 will function as a rain date in the event the first concert is postponed.
