The Square @ Union Centre is a high-energy gathering space located in the heart of West Chester's downtown. The Square features the First Financial Bank clock tower and is a great place to meet friends, have lunch or read a book.

The Square is also a great place for parties. A variety of events and gatherings take place on The Square each year including:

First Financial Bank presents THE TAKEOVER

Your Summer. Your Park. Your Party. 

The weekend starts on Thursday in West Chester, Ohio! Party local at The Takeover. 

The Takeover is an admission-free, outdoor summer concert series hosted on The Square @ Union Centre, 9285 Centre Pointe Dr. 

Free concerts are 6 to 9 p.m. at the clock tower.

Each night offers free, live music; dinner & dessert options from some of the area’s tastiest food trucks; and cold beverages from Grainworks Brewing Company, as well as from West Chester Township distributor Ohio Eagle Distributing. 

Beverage sales benefit non-profit organizations in the community. Coolers and bags are subject to search. Outside alcohol is not permitted in the park and is a violation of the State of Ohio Liquor Permit. We appreciate your understanding.
