West Chester Township Board of Trustees meetings are open to the public.

Meetings are typically held at 6 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at Township Hall. The schedule is altered in November and December to accommodate the holidays.

A draft agenda for the following Tuesday's meeting is posted Friday afternoon and a final agenda is posted on Monday. Videos of the meetings are made available no later than Thursday following the meeting.

Meeting minutes are posted only after approval by the Board of Trustees at a subsequent meeting.
