Women's 2-hour SMART Self-Defense Class

• Introduction:

A free self-defense class offered by the West Chester Police Department on September 6, 2018 from 6 - 8 p.m.

Awareness, being mentally prepared in the event you get attacked, and basic self-defense skills are touched on in this class.  You must be 16 years or older to participate. Please wear comfortable clothes. There is some striking in this class but the class is not overly rigorous. Please feel free to sit out of any physical exercises and observe. 

Spots are limited. 

Please be courteous and show up for the class if you sign-up. If you are unable to attend the class for some reason, please remove your name from the list or call 513-759-7260 prior to the day of the class.
