Smart 2-hour Self-Defense Class for Men and Women

Self-defense

A free self-defense class offered by the West Chester Police Department. Awareness, being mentally prepared in the event you get attacked, and basic self-defense skills are touched on in this class. 

You must be 16 years or older to participate. Please wear comfortable clothes. There is some striking in this class but the class is not overly rigorous. Please feel free to sit out of any physical exercises and observe. 

Spots are limited.
