West Chester Police Department maintains a People With Disabilities Database in order to best meet the needs of all members of our community. This includes individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), etc. The database is updated on a voluntary basis when an officer or dispatcher contacts a person with disabilities. Information collected is used to aid and inform first responders who are working to resolve issues in situations involving a person who has a disability. Anyone who would like to add or update information in the database may complete this form.
