Thank you for considering the Muhlhauser Barn for your event.

The Muhlhauser Barn is a seasonal facility open each year from April 1 to November 15. The rental fee is $2,000 per day for weekends (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays).

The Muhlhauser Barn is not available for private rentals Monday-Thursday. Non-profits may call (513)759-3960 to learn about use of the Barn on these days.

Weekend renters have access starting at 10 a.m. and ending at midnight on the day of their reservation. All weekend reservations are considered “full day” rentals. 

A completed Rental Use Agreement and a 50% deposit is required to reserve the barn. Available dates may be placed on hold for 10 business days at no charge.

The calendar below reflects availability for Muhlhauser Barn. Dates labeled ‘Muhlhauser Barn Reserved’ are unavailable, and dates labeled ‘Muhlhauser Barn On Hold’ are tentatively reserved for up to two weeks. (NOTE: The barn is closed to renters in winter because there is no heat.)
