West Chester Township is a vibrant community with active park spaces and neighborhoods; and well-planned block parties and events are encouraged and supported.

Block Party

Homeowners Associations planning to host a neighborhood block party requiring closure of roads and/or cul-de-sacs are encouraged to complete the Community Block Party Permit Application in a timely manner. Completion of the application serves as notification to the Township's police, fire and roads departments to ensure your event is safe.
