The Community Development Department processes permits for commercial and residential properties.

When filing applications for zoning permits, providing complete information enables Community Development staff to process applications more efficiently. A specific number of plans and drawings, depending upon the type of project, are required at time of submission. Please review the information carefully, when preparing an application.
