Dispose of old, unwanted electronics safely and free of charge in September.

Butler County Recycling and Solid Waste District is partnering with Cohen to offer a residential computer and television drop off program on select days this month. The program is open to Butler County residents only, and all materials must be derived from households – not businesses.

Beginning after Labor Day, recycle certain electronics for free on the following *dates:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
  • Saturdays, between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

*Items dropped off on days other than the designated service days/hours will be assessed a fee for service.

Items are being collected at two locations: Cohen of Hamilton (105 Black St.) and Cohen of Middletown (3120 S. Verity Pkwy).

For more details and a complete list of materials accepted, visit www.butlercountyrecycles.org.
