Welcome to West Chester Township, Ohio

Voice of America Restoration Project

New windows are now being installed as part of the Voice of America building restoration project. A new front facade, some electrical improvements, new windows and a new entry are part of this project funded through the Ohio Cultural Facilities Commission.

The Voice of America on Tylersville Road was built in 1944 by Powel Crosley and was home to the first transmitters capable of delivering a radio signal overseas. It is the future home of The National Voice of America Museum of Broadcasting under the direction of a volunteer Executive Board of Directors.
